Claim Benefit: Claim is be settled on the prorate basis of up to Rs.10,000 annual benefit per following table basis up to Rs. 10,000/- whichever is lower, as per eligible slab limit.

Period of cover: One year from the date of subscription subject to continued daily/monthly/yearly payment.
Type of cover: Theft or Snatching of mobile phone makes/models anywhere in Pakistan
Free Lookup Period & Reversals: Yearly Plan: Participant has the right to cancel the coverage/reverse/unsubscribe
within 15 days with full amount reversal from EP App. After 15 days no Unsub/reversal option available in EP App.
Monthly: Participant is allowed to unsubscribe with no reversals after subscription.
Cancellations: This issued policy can be cancelled within 15 days from either party side, with no refunds in case
of monthly plan.
Waiting Period: Waiting period of 30 days will apply. In case of claim within first 30 days (waiting period) from date
of policy issuance, customer would not be eligible for claim.
No. of Policies: Only 1 policy issued under one CNIC. Once claim request is locked, customer cannot purchase Takaful
within 12 months on same IMEI, since date of first policy purchased
Auto-Debit: For this mobile theft and snatching Takaful monthly plan, easypaisa would auto-debit the payment
monthly plan, as shown to customer in price plan. In case of non-payment within 60 days under monthly plan,
customer would be unsubscribed from system.
Unsubscribe: Customer can ‘unsubscribe’ at any time from product through easypaisa App/USSD from monthly plan.
Reversals: No Reversal in case of monthly payment plan. Reversal allowed for 15 days only in case of yearly plan.
Note: Reversal is not applicable in case of monthly plan (Rs100). Customer can only unsub the subscription from EP App or by dialing 3737
Eligibility Of Claim Submission
1. Claim request must be raised within 15 days Participant customers:
a) from date of INCIDENT (non-payment or manual unsubscription from product)
b) theft/snatching of mobile phone
2. Claim will only be processed for review if IMEI number matches with IMEI for which policy is purchased.
No claim will be entertained for incomplete or incorrect IMEIs.
3. In case of discontinuation of per day/month payment, customer can submit claim within 15 days from the day
of payment discontinued
Claim Documents & Process:
1. Call 3737 easypaisa helpline to lock claim request
2. easypaisa inbound agent will guide you for Takaful claim process and document requirements. Agent will create EPC
Mobile Theft Claim for which the turnaround time is 15 working days.
3. Takaful provider will call you in next 2 working days, after receiving the claim request and will ask you to share claim
documents to get claim process started
4. You will share the following claim documents via email, courier or WhatsApp number (0313-2773775) for claim processing:
a) Claim Form with CNIC, IMEI number, Mobile Make and Model
b) Copy/Picture of FIR or Roznamcha with IMEI number, Mobile Make and Model
Timelines of Claim Settlement:
1. Claim request must be raised within 15 days by participant customers:
a) from date of INCIDENT (nonpayment or manual unsubscription from product)
b) theft/snatching of mobile phone
2. Takaful provider will request claim documents within 1 working day to customer, in case of only claim query/request received
3. Takaful provider will review claims documents within 3 working days
4. Takaful provider will follow-up with customer in case of missing/incomplete information for claim assessment and processing
5. Within next 15 working days settle claim (subject to provision of required information/documents)
6. Claim will be settled directly to claimant through cheque or online transfer to easypaisa account.
7. Company reserves the right to accept or reject any claim
