• easypaisa & any participating partner reserves the right to terminate or withdraw or change the criteria of any offering without providing prior notice or reason.
• In case of loss, theft, damage, or suspicion of fraudulent use of your Debit Card, immediately call our help line.
• Your Debit Card is for your personal use. Make sure you do not give your card to anyone including easypaisa staff, in any situation e.g. limit increase, cancellation etc.
• To protect the magnetic stripe on the back of the Debit Card, avoid bending and exposing the card to electronic devices, gadgets or direct sunlight.
• Memorise your ATM PIN for future use and do not disclose it to anyone, including easypaisa staff.

Present your Debit Card to the merchant for your purchases. The merchant will insert your card on the Point of Sale (POS)machine. You may be required to enter security PIN on the POS terminal, after which a receipt shall be printed and handed over to you. “easypaisa online debit card” is a digital stored-value card that allows you to make online eCommerce purchases domestically. Online Debit Card, powered by Visa, can be generated/activated instantly by customer through easypaisa app.
easypaisa online debit card can be generated/activated instantly through easypaisa app by following the steps given below:
- Login to easypaisa app
- Scroll down to “Get your easypaisa Debit Card” section
- In the Online Card box, click on manage card option
- Click on activate now and pay to get your online card activated
- Your online has been successfully activated
To use easypaisa Online Debit Card for making online purchases and payments, just select Visa as the payment type on the merchant website and simply enter your Online Debit Card details just like online payment through any other debit/credit card.
You can use your online debit card for shopping purpose on all e-commerce websites within Pakistan that are secured and allow card payments.
There is minimal issuance fee of PKR 500 that is charged during the issuance period only.
There is no annual fee of easypaisa online debit card.

Currently, easypaisa allows e-commerce service only on Visa Debit Cards (both plastic & online)
In order to enable/allow e-commerce on your Visa debit card, you need to enable it first from easypaisa mobile app. Following are the steps to be followed:
- Login easypaisa app & scroll down to Plastic Card section
- Click on Manage Card in Plastic Card Box on home screen
- Toggle on the e-commerce transactions option
- Conduct e-commerce/online transactions safely & securely.
3D Secure service, powered by Verified by Visa (VBV), it adds an additional layer of security when using your easypaisa Visa debit card for online transactions. It offers added protection whenever you conduct an online transaction by sending you a One-Time Password (OTP), that is sent to your registered mobile number and email address (if available), when you make any transactions on 3D Secure enabled websites within Pakistan.
OTP is a 6-digits One time password, sent to your registered mobile number and email address (if available) whenever you conduct an online transaction on 3D Secure enabled websites within Pakistan.
No, there are no additional charges on performing e-commerce transactions on Visa debit cards.
OTP is valid for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, your OTP shall be expired.
You can simply click on resend option to get a new OTP.
3 attempts are allowed per transaction for OTP receiving. Once all your 3 attempts are done, your transaction shall be declined, and you may reinitiate the transaction accordingly.
Simply terminate your Visa debit card through mobile app and re-initiate a new Visa debit card request or call our Help Line for card blocking and its re-issuance.
