1. How can I pay utility bills from my easypaisa mobile account?
• Log in to your account.
• Tap on ‘Bill Payments’.
• Select the bill that you want to pay.
• Choose the company from the drop-down menu.
• Add input (consumer number, account number, reference number etc.) in the required fields to pay your bill.
2. Why am I unable to pay utility bills from my easypaisa mobile account?
You might be unable to pay utility bills from your easypaisa mobile account due to the following reasons:
• Incorrect input (consumer number, account number, reference number etc.).
• You have insufficient funds in your account. Please deposit more funds or lower your withdrawal amount.
• You have exceeded your daily/monthly/yearly limit. Please upgrade your account to Level X to increase your limit.
3. Are there any charges for paying utility bills from easypaisa mobile account?
This service is free for customers. Users working as agents or deemed/designated agents will be levied charges in line with Penalty Matrix Rate and Fee levied to agents as follows:
• Your PIN is incorrect. Please enter the correct PIN.
• You have insufficient funds in your account. Please deposit more funds or lower your withdrawal amount.
• You have exceeded your daily/monthly/yearly limit. Please upgrade your account to Level X to increase your limit.
