NewGen Account is a parent initiated easypaisa account for children aged 12 – 17 years old; with the ability to perform financial transactions like money transfer, easyload and utility bill payments
Parents can open New-Gen accounts from their easypaisa App for their children aged 12 – 17 years old
Follow these steps to create a New-Gen Account:
- Parent logs in to their app and taps on their profile menu on the top left of their screen
- Tap ’Open NewGen Account’ option in the menu
- Parent enters child’s following information:
- mobile number
- Form B or CNIC number
- Form B or CNIC date of issuance.
- Parent submits the application and their child’s account is created!
- The child will now open their easypaisa app and create their PIN
- The child can now use the easypaisa app and avail all New-Gen features!
Parent is allowed to open upto 2 NewGen Accounts.
Once you turn 18, you will be unable to make debit transactions till you update your CNIC details. Once you log in to easypaisa app, you will have an option to update your account. After updating, you can use easypaisa app as a regular customer.
