easypaisa offers a viable solution for payments by enabling customers to pay via easypaisa shops/branches. This way they can pay their outstanding amounts through a secure and instant channel.
Collection Process:
The process covers terms which are internal terms and would not make sense to the customer visiting our website. Please replace the following:
Depositor / Transferor walks
in at the easypaisa agent &
provides his credentials:
Unique ID
CNIC
MSISDN
Inquiry is executed against
the provided
consumer ID / Unique ID
Prompt appears on the merchant
screen for the amount due against
the Unique ID
Retailer shall mention the
amount to the customer and
shall seek his consent to
proceed further
Once the consent is secured,
merchant will enter his Mobile
Account credentials i.e. Wallet
User ID & PIN.
Once the transaction is
completed, agent wallet
is adjusted with the deposit
amount respectively
Borrower hands over the physical
cash to the retailer and Coustomer
will receive an SMS for successful
transction.
Real-time and D+1 transactional
and fund visibility is provided to
the client for its deposits
