What do I need to start paying through Easypaisa

All you need is

  • An active Easypaisa Mobile Account with sufficient balance for your transaction
  • A smartphone with Easypaisa App to pay via Easypaisa QR

 

How do I get an Easypaisa Mobile Account

  • Download Easypaisa App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store, follow the prompts to open your Easypaisa Mobile Account

In case you don’t have a smartphone For Telenor users

  • Dial *786# from your bio-metrically verified SIM to register your Easypaisa Mobile Account

Other Networks

  • SMS: EPCNIC to 0345-111-3737

 

I don’t have any balance in my Easypaisa Mobile Account – what should I do

You can use the following methods to deposit funds into your Easypaisa Mobile Account

  1. Top up your account at 75,000+ Easypaisa shops across Pakistan
  2. Transfer funds via IBFT from any bank account. Select Tameer (Telenor) Bank as the recipient Bank and enter your mobile number as the account number
  3. Transfer money from any existing Easypaisa Mobile Account

 

What happens if I do not register an Easypaisa Account for Retail Payments?

While you can use your bank account to collect payments via Easypay Retail, you will receive delayed settlements into your bank account for transactions

Masterpass QR is a simple, convenient & secure payment method that that allows customers to pay for goods and services using their smart phones

 

How do I use Masterpass QR

Login to your Easypaisa app, click QR Payments and scan the Masterpass QR displayed at the shop. Enter the payment amount, click PAY and you’re done! You will instantly receive an SMS confirming your payment and a transaction successful message in Easypaisa App

Where can I make Masterpass QR payments or find my nearest store

How do I pay using Easypaisa QR

  1. Login to your Easypaisa App
  2. Select “Payments”
  3. Select “QR Payment”
  4. Scan the merchant’s displayed QR code
  5. Enter the amount for your purchase and tap “Pay”
  6. Confirm the details on the confirmation screen and press “Pay” to complete your transaction
  7. You will receive a digital SMS receipt for your purchase

 

Do I need to be connected to the internet to pay through Easypaisa QR

Yes, you will need a stable 3G/4G or Wi-Fi connection to make an Easypaisa QR Payment via Easypaisa App

 

Will I be charged for paying through Easypaisa QR

No, customers only pay the transaction amount. The merchant should not charge you anything on top of the retail price. Please report violations to us by calling 3737 for Telenor users or 042-111-003-737 for other network users

Security

Will the merchant receive personal information such as my mobile number or PIN

No, your personal information won’t be revealed to the merchant

 

Will I get receipts for the payments I make

Yes. The SMS you receive for every transaction will serve as your receipt. Please save them for future reference

 

What if I lose my handset or if it gets stolen? Will I lose my Easypaisa Account and all the balance in it

No, your Easypaisa Mobile Account is always secured by your 5-digit Account PIN

 

Till Payment

How do I pay with Easypaisa Till

To pay at any Easypaisa merchant, simply follow the mentioned process

  1. Login to your Easypaisa App
  2. Select “Payments”
  3. Select “Till Payment”
  4. Enter the merchant’s Till Number
  5. Enter the amount of purchase and tap “Pay”
  6. Confirm the details on the confirmation screen
  7. Once you are satisfied that the details are correct, press “Pay” to make the payment
  8. You will receive a digital SMS receipt for your purchase

 

In case you don’t have a smartphone

For Telenor customers

  1. Dial *786#
  2. Select option 5 “Pay Till Number”
  3. Enter Merchant’s displayed Till Number
  4. Enter the amount to be paid
  5. Confirm the details on the confirmation screen
  6. Verify the transaction with your 5 digit Account PIN
  7. You will receive a digital SMS receipt for your purchase

 

For Other Network customers

  • SMS: “PAYTILL<space>Till Number<space>Amount <space>Easypaisa Account PIN” to 0345-111-3737

 

Do I need to be connected to the internet to pay through Easypaisa Till

If you’re using Easypaisa App to pay for your purchase, you will need a stable 3G/4G or WiFi connection. In case you’re paying via USSD or SMS, you will not need an internet connection. In these cases, transaction authentication happens over USSD/flash message for Telenor users and over SMS for other network users

 

Will I be charged for paying through Easypaisa Till

No, customers only pay the transaction amount. The merchant should not charge you anything on top of the retail price. Please report violations to us by calling 3737 for Telenor users or 042-111-003-737 for other network users
