How to make transactions via Credit/Debit cards

  1. Select Easypaisa from our merchant’s website and select Credit/Debit card payment
  2. Enter card details e.g card number, expiry, CVV (3 digits at the backside of your card), mobile number, email address and country
  3. Then pay securely and your transaction will be completed

Any local or international Visa/Master Credit or Debit card holder can pay online through our merchants

 

• Select Easypaisa option on merchant’s website/mobile app

• Select Easypaisa Mobile Account 

• Enter the  Mobile Account Number and Email address

• Click on Pay Securely tab 

• You will receive a USSD Prompt on your mobile number on which your Easypaisa Mobile Account is registered to enter your five digits secret PIN to authenticate the transaction

• Alternatively, you can check  My Approvals section of your Easypaisa App to do the same

• Upon successful verification, transaction will be completed

• You will receive an SMS and Email for your transaction.


• Select Easypaisa option on merchant’s website/mobile app.

• Select Easypaisa Shop 

• Enter the  Mobile Account Number and Email address

• Click on Pay Securely tab

• You will receive an Email and SMS with 8 digit Token Number

• Pay the amount against this Token Number on any nearest Easypaisa Shop/retailer 

• Your transaction is complete and you will receive an SMS and Email for your transaction.

How can I via Easypaisa App

Easypaisa offers you 3 payment methods through which you can pay; Pay via mobile account, Pay via Easypaisa Shop, or Pay via Credit/Debit Card

Do I have to pay any extra charges on using Easypaisa as payment method

There is no extra fee or hidden charges that you need to pay on using Easypay

I paid through Easypaisa but now I wish to cancel my order and get a refund. What are the steps

For refunds/reversals, please raise the request to the merchant where you placed the order

 

What is the expiry for Easypaisa shop/token payments

The expiry is mentioned in the SMS that you receive from Easypay after transaction is done

What do I do if my Consumer number/token has expired

In case of expired token/consumer number, contact the merchant and place the order again by generating a new token/consumer number

Go on Easypaisa website and use the feature to search retailers on our website to locate the nearest Easypaisa shop

 

Can I use my debit card to make payment via Easypaisa card payment option

Yes, you may use your debit card to make payment using Easypaisa by selecting the option pay via VISA or MasterCard credit/debit card. You may further like to check with your card issuing bank to ensure that it supports ecommerce online transactions or you might have to activate it to make a transaction. Contact your bank for details

How do I make payment through Easypaisa shop

On the Easypaisa checkout page, select the option Easypaisa shop. Enter your mobile number and email and click on pay securely button after filling in. A consumer number will pop on the screen and you will also get an SMS with the consumer number. Visit any Easypaisa shop and tell the retailer you want to make payment for Easypaisa. Then tell him your mobile number and consumer number. Once he completes the transaction, you will get an SMS of successful payment on your phone

When I click on checkout with Easypaisa, nothing happens. It redirects and the page is giving an error. Need help

I am trying to make payment through my Debit/Credit card but it keeps giving an error. What should I do

Card based transaction can fail due to a number of reasons. Please ensure that your card has no cap or limit on transaction of amount. Also confirm that your card is activated for an online transaction session and not unauthorized by your bank. Also confirm that in case of debit card, enough funds are available in the account. Lastly for 3d secure cards ensure that you are entering the 3d secure code. Only Visa & Mastercard enabled cards can be used

How do I make a mobile account for Easypaisa

Simply dial *345*3737# to create your mobile account. You can go to any Easypaisa shop to transfer cash in your mobile account. Or you can even transfer funds from your bank account using online banking services to your mobile account

I tried making payment through mobile account but the prompt doesn’t appear on my phone to enter pin. What should I do

Please try to reboot your phone or refresh your cellular network by resetting it. This will resolve the issue. Then try transacting again. If the prompt fails to appear again, then it might be due to the high traffic at the moment on the service. Please try again shortly. (If issue exists raise to Easypay Team at online.payments@telenorbank.pk)

I did not get any notification via SMS of successful Easypay payment for mobile account

Try refreshing your cellular network by resetting your phone. You should receive it. You may wait for some time as the network might be busy. Just confirm that the confirmation message appeared on the web page
